The $96.00 quote includes 100 standard size postcards, printed addressed and mailed first-class postage to 100 homes located on a radial search.

Yes, you can change the quantity in the ordering process to order as the minimum of 50 or increase the quantity to as many as you wish.

Yes, we offer a standard size postcard (5.5 x 4.25 inches) or jumbo size postcard (8.5 x 5.5 inches).

Sure, you can edit the text in the ordering process to reflect your Open House information. Just be sure for an Open House that you are allowing a week and half from order time to delivery time. That way you can rest assured that your time sensitive Open House messages will arrive in time.

We do a radial search from the property to the closest confirmed homeowners occupying the homes. We then address and mail the postcards directly to these homeowners and you will receive a copy of your mailing listing on your order confirmation email.

Not in the system. For that option you can visit our main website at www.prospectsplus.com There you will have an option to upload your own mailing list saved in an Excel CSV format.

We will have your postcards printed and delivered to the post office within one business day.

One business day for processing and then 3-5 mail delivery days for first class mail delivery.

Not in this system. For that ability you will want to customize and order postcards from our main website http://www.prospectsplus.com. There you will have more flexibility with the templates and the mailing list. We have a huge selection of templates and marketing materials. All pricing is in the PRICING tab in the black tool bar. Give us a call if you need any assistance at 866-405-3638. We also have a chat support option available during regular business hours.

We print on the best available heavyweight stock with full-color front and back. Due to the worldwide production shortage in the paper industry, paper types may vary. All orders will be printed using the highest quality paper available.

We track 100% of your postcards for you. We receive tracking scans from the USPS and will email you a tracking link so that you can view it.

We will refund returns over 8% of your order to you.

We will send a copy of the mailing list right after check out. Then once we ship the postcards, we will send you tracking for each postcard via email.

We accept all major credit cards at checkout.

If you would like to receive a copy of the postcard in the mail there will be a check box you can select during the ordering process to send a copy to yourself. If you opt for that one will be sent to the billing address associated with your payment method. You will also receive a digital copy of the front and back of the postcard attached to your order confirmation email along with a copy of your mailing list.

By default the seller is excluded from the mailing list. If you wish for the seller to receive a physical copy mailed to them you will want to want to be sure that you select the check box button in the ordering process that prompts a mailed postcard to be added in for that. When you click on the radial button you will be prompted to enter the seller's first and last name for addressing purposes.
